Redo: Rediscovering the obvious
Yet another new start ... maybe I should have called this yans
I, like you, have thoughts. And I, like you, rarely have original ones. Don’t feel bad, that’s just how it is. In fact, there’s some robust debate about whether or not original thought is even possible. And you probably already knew that.
The initial purpose, then, of this … effort is to contain my rediscovery and my attempt to understand it more fully. The orthoginal purpose, of course, is to showcase this to “you”. Ego, yup.
In the opening remarks of the proto-essayist I’d love to emulate, but surely don’t have the time nor inclination:
